Probleme mit Pfanzelt-Winde DW S160 - mb_1100 - 07.03.2017

Hallo

Hat jemand von euch eine Pfanzelt-Winde DW S160 mit Seilverteilung und Seilausstoß?
Meine Winde macht klopfende Geräusche bei eingeschalteter Zapfwelle oben links am Seilausstoß. Wird die Winde betätigt ist das Geräusch weg.
Winde ist Bj. 2016.
